Ambury Farm

Term 4 have been learning about farming, we went on a trip to Ambury Farm to learn even more. We had to make sure that we had a healthy lunch and a bottle of water. The day was going to be hot so we had to take our hats too. The buses were waiting to take us to Ambury Farm. We jumped on the bus and sat quietly because the driver was grumpy and didn’t want us to make a noise. Finally we arrived at Ambury Farm. Our instructor told us about farming and she said we have to go on two groups and we went to look at farm animal. First we went to look at the sheep. There was a lady name Janine and we all line up and saw the sheep wool. Janine she showed us some wool and we get to hold the wool and feel it. After that we have to look at the cow. We can touch the cow but we are not allowed to touch the cows head. The cows name is Mrs T She was so big and we saw the some cows and all of them got different colour.

Athletics

It was Athletics and i was so excited. We had to wear are house colours. I was in blue and that was called Tainui. We had split into girls and boys. I was with the year 5 boys.

First we did high jump and it was a little bit hard.

I tried to jump and then I made it so I was in the

final. The bar went a little bit higher. I went again and I was scared so I ran and jumped on one leg and I made it.

I really enjoy high jump.

Manaiakalani film festival

After morning tea we went to manaiakalani film festival. First we went on the bus and miss lavakula said lets play

a game and was called boys vs girls and singing a song.

After we made it there we went out of the bus and line up

and we have to find a Buddy and my Buddy was ben.

It was cool when we went inside sylvia park. We went

inside the hoyst and there was a big scream and we

sat at  the back of the chier. When we were ready.

it was really cool and When we was watching the

film one of the film is really cool. when it was

finish we line up and went back to school And my
movie I like is Room 13.

Halloween

It was Halloween on Thursday. I went Halloween with

my Mum and sister and my brother but we went at

howick and there was lots of Halloween candy but

I was dress like a skeleton and a hoody on. I was

the scary one.It was cool in Halloween but I’v got the

most candy. We kept walking and we went to

get some more and after that we went home and

we share our candy and then we eat some

scary food but mum made it. it was yum

Narrative

Once upon a time there was 4 boys playing together

and there name was Jake PJ Ben and Jack. and

they were playing a fighting game at school. When the bell

rang Jake PJ Ben and Jack went to class. when

the bell rang again it was time to play and Jake PJ Ben and Jack were playing a different game and it was a bad

game they went out of the school ground and they were

playing real fighting game and PJ and Jack don’t think

this is not a good Idea so they went back to school.

But Ben and Jake called them names and then PJ

got really angry and Jack told PJ to stop but he

didn’t listen so PJ walk up to Ben and Jake and PJ

hit Ben and he Ben started to bush PJ.

Then they started to fight and Jack ran to school

and he told the bransable that PJ Jake and Ben

had a fight out of school ground. and the bransable

was very angry so the “bransable said to Jack

bring them here,” so Jack went to bring the boys

and the boys was gone.

Room 13 had orienteering and it was a game. we have to

find all of the letters and on the stick where the letters

on it and there is a clip on it and you get a little papa

and clip the papa and there is a map and the letters

were around the school. You have to find it around the

school. You can be by yourself or you can partner up

with some of your friends only 2. I was by myself and

the first litter I have to find is I. It was to hard to find

the letter so I follow the map and it was a little bit

esiy. I finish the first one now i have to do one

more. Maitu and simon was the first one and i

was the second one.

Holidays

In the holidays me and my sister sleepover my cousins house. Me and my cousins and my sister we were playing with our puppy and we had a race and me and my cousin won. After that me and my uncle and cousin wash the car and we play water gun and I was hiding from my cousin and I saw him and shot me. After that it was night time and we went inside the house and and we sleep. The next day we had some breakfast and we ate some milo and tost and weetbix. After we had breakfast we play with the puppy again and we watch some rugby and. Me and my cousins play rugby and my cousin name Aothny was a good rugby player. After we play rugby it was getting dark. The next day me and my sister were going home now and my mum came to pick up me and my sister. Me and my sister went home and we watch a movie in our U.S.B. we watch fast and furious 6.

Youth Town

On Wednesday we went to youth town and we went in the bus. We went with Room 14 and we were so excited to go there. Finally we made it there and youth town was cool. We went inside and we saw the pool and we get to swim inside the pool some of the kids bring some togs and room 13 was the first one in the pool. Miss lavakula told me to jump into the pool to check if it deep and It was deep. Then Room 13 came and jump in the pool and we were playing and we splash water on people face and racing on the pool. Me and Harlem was playing with Jalen and jonlee we were playing splashing in the water and it was fun. After that we went to the changing room and we were waiting for the other people and we watch basketball. After that we had some morning tea. After morning tea we went painting room.

Once upon a time there was a little boy name Aladdin. He lived with his widow mother and they lived in a small village in china. They had no much money to buy some food. they were very poor and life was heard. One they a strange man came searching for Aladdin. He claimed to be his father’s brother a long lost uncle. Something Very Scary

Sammy told Mrs ngatai that there was something scary hiding under Room 10. Mrs Ngatai grabbed some ham and her fishing net and put it by the room and waited.The caretaker put a carbord box with a plate of sardines outside the class. He waited and waited. Mrs Jones was the lbrarian and she had an idea. She put a saucer of milk and quietly waited. But still nothing happened. Then the children put sparkly paper on a string and dangled it by the classroom. Finally the kittens cat and her kittens came out.

Winter On The Ice

The story is about two penguins named Pen and Gwin. They are emperor penguins. Gwin plodded on ashore. Gwin bowed to Pen and Pen bowed back. They were boyfried and girlfriend. They had an egg. Gwin was the boy and Pen was the girl. Gwin looked after the egg while Pen went to sea to eat for months.

Immersion Assembly

We had a Immersion Assembly at the hall. We were talking about P.S.I it means Pt England School Investigates. Team 2 showed a movie about a pink cat Pink Panther and a guy who was a builder. Antarctica is the most coldest and windiest place in the world. Penguins, seals and humpback whales live there. It is so icy and cold in Antarctica. the water is the coldest and it is hloding 70% fresh water.there are scientists living there and people come from all over the world visit Antarctica.
